A crematorium situated in idyllic surroundings just to the north of Worthing near to Findon Village
The Downs Crematorium opened in 1941 on the site of Brighton and Preston Cemetery and is situated in a residential area close to the centre of Brighton.
Surrey & Sussex Crematorium opened in 1956 and is set in 13 acres of tranquil gardens.
In 1884 The Parochial Church Council took out a loan to purchase a new burial ground because the churchyard at St Peter’s Parish Church, Henfield had become full, Many famous people have lived in Henfield through the ages, and in modern times have been buried in the new cemetery.
Opened in 2008, and nestled below Jack and Jill windmills, is the 13 acre meadow site within The South Downs National Park.
Burgess Hill Burial Ground is situated on Jane Murray Way has been sympathetically designed to blend in with its rural setting and the Green Woodland area provides an opportunity to enhance the environment whilst at the same time creating a living monument to loved ones.
